Kateryna is successful at representing her customers’ interests in complicated litigations in courts at all levels and jurisdiction. Her professional experience includes effective representation of interests of the largest foreign
and Ukrainian banks in the cases related to the collection of bad debts and foreclosure on the collateral.
Kateryna’s competence includes support in commercial, civil and administrative disputes, namely the ones related to the protection of rights to the property, registration of real estate rights, contractual relations, bankruptcy proceedings and appeal from decisions, actions and omission of public authorities.
Among other Kateryna’s focus areas is labour law. In particular, the lawyer advises foreign and Ukrainian companies on complex cases related to the dismissal of top managers and other employees, drafts employment< agreements and contracts, as well as provides consultations on the comprehensive labour law audit. She also assists her clients in audits conducted by regulatory authorities.
Kateryna is a lecturer at the Higher School of Advocacy of the Ukrainian National Bar Association. She is regularly published in professional and business periodicals and speaks at various business events on labour relations.

Protection of the interests of one of the global leaders of the sector of production of medicines, household goods, and healthcare and hygiene goods in disputes with tax authorities as regards accrual of additional tax liabilities totalling over 20 million UAH, including labor dispute with a former top manager of the claimant.
