Kateryna Manoylenko is a senior lawyer of the Firm’s litigation practice and specialises in representing clients in civil, commercial, and administrative disputes. She has profound theoretical knowledge and considerable practical experience in disputes with public authorities and local self-government bodies, in the field of family and labour legislation, including labour disputes and support of the procedures for employee dismissal and layoffs. Also, Kateryna successfully supports telecommunications operators and providers and specialises in the field of intellectual property.
Kateryna Manoylenko is a co-author of the analytical practical manual “Methodological Recommendations for Providing Legal Aid to Economic Entities During Tax Inspections” issued by the Ukrainian National Bar Association. She keeps her own legal advisory blog and regularly writes expert comments and articles for periodicals.
