Taras Lytovchenko specializes in corporate law and national and cross-border M&A transactions. In the scope of M&A transactions he conducts due diligence of target-companies and real estate, supports agreements on sale and purchase. Taras frequently advises clients on restructurings and corporate reorganizations, labour issues, creation and liquidation of businesses in Ukraine, top management changes.
Taras has also experience in regulatory and compliance matters concerning manufacturing, market entry and distribution of medical products. He has extensive experience of supporting conformity assessment procedures and dealing with State service of Ukraine on medicines and drugs control in relation to inspections of manufacturers and distributors of medical products.
For recent years Taras has been involved in support of renewable energy projects in Ukraine. He acts in project development, grid connection, permitting, construction and financing of biomass and solar projects in particular.
